UYIO AKWA IBOM MOURNS THE DEMISE OF LATE HON. OKUKU FIDELIS UDOH AS BODY WAS PUT TO REST ON FRIDAY

The remains of Late Rt. Hon. (Okuku) Fidelis Udoh was laid to rest, Friday 30th August, 2024 at his country home, Ekparakwa, Oruk Anam Local Government Area, Akwa Ibom State with The Voice of Akwa Ibom (Uyio Akwa Ibom ) expressing deepest regret and sympathy over the untimely exit of her National Chairman.

In a condolence message delivered on behalf of the Board of Trustees, National Leadership and Members of the Political Support Group, the Deputy National Chairman, Hon. (Obongiwaad) Etienne Bob expressed utmost sympathy over the demise of the departed National Chairman of the Group.

He eulogized the outstanding leadership characteristics of the departed Leader and acknowledged the immense contributions he made while alive towards the services of the Group, the Local Government Area, the State and the nation in general.

He prayed God to grant the bereaved family and all those he left behind the fortitude to bear the loss.

The funeral service was conducted by the Church of God Mission International, Ekparakwa Branch while the event took place at St. Paul’s Primary School, Ekparakwa, Oruk Anam Local Government Area.

The funeral was well attended by members of the political class, groups including the National Leadership, Senatorial, Chapter Coordinators and the entire Members of Uyio Akwa Ibom.

Until his demise, the Late Hon. Okuku Fidelis Udoh was the National Chairman of Uyio Akwa Ibom, former Secretary of Oruk Anam Local Government Area and former Supervisory Councillor for Works in the same Local Government Area among others

NOTE: All the Leaders and members are expected to be seated by 10am 🕙 at the venue of the funeral to give our departed leader the last respect.
