MRS ANGELA EJIRO NDUKA CONGRATULATES HER BOSS, GOV. SHERIFF OBOREVWORI, ON HIS 63RD BIRTH ANNIVERSARY

Mrs Angela Ejiro Nduka has extended warm felicitations to Governor Sheriff Oborevwori on the occasion of his 63rd birth anniversary.

She described Governor Oborevwori as a visionary leader, an achiever, and a divine gift to Delta State and Nigeria at large.

Mrs Nduka noted that the Governor has steadily risen through the ranks of leadership, with a track record of unprecedented achievements that mark him out as a pacesetter. She recalled that Governor Oborevwori made history as the youngest President-General of Osubi Community — under his leadership, the community experienced remarkable growth and gained national and international recognition.

During his tenure as Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, his sterling leadership transformed the House into one of the most vibrant in the country, earning him an unprecedented second term — the first in the history of the Assembly.

Mrs Nduka emphasized that in just three years as Governor, Rt. Hon. Oborevwori has initiated over 513 road projects, covering nearly 1,500 kilometers of roads, bridges, and flyovers across the state, with a strong focus on quality and timely delivery. She added that he has also prioritized healthcare delivery, the upgrade of educational infrastructure, and robust empowerment programmes, among other key initiatives.

While congratulating her boss on his birthday, Mrs Nduka prayed for his continued good health, long life, and the divine wisdom of Solomon to enable him to do even more for the people of Delta State and humanity at large.

In her remarks, Mrs Angela Ejiro Nduka, Special Adviser to the Governor on Women Development, expressed deep appreciation to His Excellency, noting that his dedication to serving the people and commitment to progress are truly admirable. She pledged her continued loyalty and support in working toward a brighter future for the state, urged all Deltans to continue supporting the M.O.R.E Agenda of His Excellency, and wished him a successful new chapter in his political journey.

I warmly felicitate with the good people of Ughelli North Constituency, Deltans at home and in the Diaspora, and the Government of Delta State on the occasion of June 12 Democracy Day.

June 12 remains a landmark in Nigeria's democratic history, symbolizing the courage, sacrifice, and determination of Nigerians in the struggle for democratic governance, justice, and freedom. It reminds us of the importance of unity, accountability, and active participation in nation-building.

As we celebrate this historic day, I commend the leadership of His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Sheriff F.O. Oborevwori, whose M.O.R.E. Agenda - continues to deliver the dividends of democracy and improve the lives of Deltans across the State.
