Hon Commissioner/Administrator, Hon Balaraba Aliyu this morning handed over the affairs of the defunct Zaria Metropolitan Authority (ZMA) to the Permanent Secretary of the Authority, Mal Mohammed Hayatuddeen. The handing over signify the end of her 9 years of meritorious service to Kaduna State. From September 2015 to date, Haj Balaraba served variously as Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural and Community Development; Commissioner, Ministry of Rural and Community Development; Commissioner, Ministry of Works and Housing; Ministry of Public Works and Infrastructure and piooneer Comissioner/Administrator of Zaria Metropolitan Authority.

Accept my hearty Congratulations as you come to the end of your eventful tenure in Kaduna State, Ma. Allah Ya kawo babban rabo! Amin.
