Earlier today, Honourable Suleiman Abdu Kwari, APC Senatorial Candidate, Kaduna North Senatorial District was at his Zonal Campaign Office today to handle administrative duties in the office.

He was joined by Malam Adamu M. Shuaibu, Director of Admin and Alh. Albashir Umar Deputy Director, Organization and APC Zonal Youth Leader, Zone I.

It was a mammoth crowd today at Sultan Bello Mosque, Kaduna as Hon. Suleiman Abdu Kwari, Kaduna State Finance Commissioner and Senatorial Hopeful representing Kaduna North Senatorial District gave out two of his daughters in Marriage.
The event was witnessed by top Government functionaries led by Malam Balarabe Abbas Secretary to the State Government who stood as father of the brides, Alh Bashir Saidu Chief of Staff, Malam Uba Sani Special Adviser on Political and Inter Governmental Affairs and Senatorial Hopeful representing Kaduna Central Senatorial District, Hon. Aminu Abdullahi Shagali Speaker Kaduna State House of Assembly, Hon Daniel Danauta Commissioner for Youths and Sports, Dr. Ibrahim Hamza Commissioner for Water Resources, Malam Muhammad Sani Dattijo Commissioner of Budget and Planning, Malam Umar Waziri Accountant General of Kaduna State, Hafiz Bayero Special Assistant to the Governor on Job Creation and other top Government functionaries.

*MEET THE NEXT SENATOR REPRESENTING KADUNA NORTH SENATORIAL DISTRICT COME 2019, HON SULEIMAN ABDU KWARI*

Honourable Suleiman Abdu Kwari, presently Kaduna State Commissioner of Finance, is a Fellow, Chartered Institute of Administration.

He was a Federal Commissioner (Finance and Administration) in the Nigeria Securities & Exchange Commission and a Member of the Federal House of Representatives representing Sabon Gari Federal Constituency from 2001-2003.

He was born on the 12th day of June 1962 in Sabon Gari Local Government Area of Kaduna State.

He began his education at Army Primary School, Zaria and thereafter proceeded to the highly prestigious Commonwealth College of commerce, Jos from 1975 to 1980 for his secondary education.

He obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1984 and also successfully completed his Masters Degree programme in Business Administration at same University in 1998.

Driven by the zeal to give more to his society, he contested and won the 1991 Local Government Chairmanship Election to emerge as the first Executive Chairman of Sabon Gari Local Government Council.

Following the successful completion of his tenure as Chairman, he was appointed Assistant General Manager (Administration) at the Nigeria Reinsurance Corporation between 1995 and 2000.

In recognition of his outstanding contribution to Kaduna State, he was appointed the Deputy Chief of Staff to the Governor in 2003.

Before his appointment as the Commissioner of Finance in 2015, he has since 2010 been working as a Financial and Administrative Consultant at Samsyleem consult Ltd, Abuja.

Suleiman Abdu Kwari is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria (FICEN) and a Member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (MNIM)

He also holds a Professional Practicing License from the Charter

HON. SULEIMAN ABDU KWARI IS NOT A NEW BREED POLITICIAN

Hon. Suleiman Abdu Kwari has been in politics since the 80's, he has assisted people for over three decades. He didn't just start as Finance Commissioner:

He was the pioneer elected Chairman of Sabon Gari Local Government Area and a former Member of the Federal House of Representatives, representing Sabon Gari Federal Constituency.

He also distinguished himself in the Insurance, Banking and Financial Sectors respectively having served at the top Management levels in various Insurance and Financial companies.

He was born into a business minded family and this made him have passion for private businesses which he has operated right from his early 20's to date.

He also served as Commissioner in the Nigeria Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Abuja.

He has within these years being of good service to Sabon Gari LGA, Kaduna State and the country in general.

His believe for human development and capacity building led to his sponsorship of numerous students in school, securing of appointments for people in various agencies, Engagement of youths in his company Kwari Ventures and sponsorship of youths to various training programmes.

Most recent was his sponsorship of selected youths to journalism training programme.

He holds a B.Sc and Masters Degrees from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

He is a member of various professional bodies.

Hon. Kwari would no doubt be a good representative to the people of Kaduna North Senatorial District, Kaduna State and Nigeria in general if elected as Senator in 2019.
