"We need to get rid of the EU very quickly
Back to the EEC
April 19, 2024 - Renรฉ Dercksen
The EU is trying to convince everyone that it is the solution to all problems, but the opposite is true: the EU itself causes them. Due to mass immigration, security has decreased and solidarity has disappeared. The European globalists are sacrificing Western culture and are mainly concerned with their own well-paid jobs. Meanwhile, our governments have given away Dutch sovereignty. We need to get rid of the EU and return to the EEC, argues Renรฉ Dercksen.
Years ago, when Martin Schulz was still the EU chief, I visited the European Parliament with colleagues. It's a day out that you can book through the EU's PR agency. After all, everything is about image. A PR employee then gives a propaganda speech about the blessings of the EU. Critical questions like the ones we asked were rarely heard. I will never forget the surprise in his eyes. Who are these people?
Aristocracy
Martin Schulz calls himself a social democrat. That sounds a bit friendlier than socialist, but it essentially means the same thing. He sat on a large stage, flanked by lackeys in morning coats and white gloves. I couldn't believe my eyes. Was this really happening, or was I looking at a history book where the aristocracy pulled the strings? And why would someone call themselves a social democrat?
EU museum
Everything in Brussels is aimed at making you think that the EU is the solution to all problems, when in fact it is mainly the cause. Opposite the parliament is the EU museum. So they believe they have to make a museum of themselves. That alone should make you think. I felt extremely uncomfortable there because the unproven message was that there was only peace in Europe because of the EU, also referring to the Holocaust. I quickly walked out. It was disgusting.
Solidarity
The House of European History takes you on a journey through time, from myths and discoveries to the chaos and solidarity of the twentieth century. During this journey, the museum makes you think about the future of Europe.
Do you always feel overwhelmed by the sense of solidarity when you walk through Amsterdam, London, or Paris or any other major city in North-West Europe? Or if you live in Ter Apel. Heartwarming, isn't it?
Europe has not become safer because of the EU. The opposite is true, and everyone knows it. Mass immigration has demonstrably caused insecurity to explode. Think of those cheerful, lovely, leftist, and above all naive Swedes. Formerly a country of lightness and carefreeness. Meanwhile, they are considering deploying the military to maintain order. The sense of solidarity imposed by the EU is momentarily gone.
Believers must hate us
Especially for the Jewish community, it has become more dangerous. Jews have to walk anonymously in large parts of the EU, and even then, they are not safe because they are now being visited at home. Anyone who thinks it stops there is naive and uninformed. Or malicious, of course. After that, it's the turn of Christians, g**s, and other "infidel dogs." A socialist regime in Brazil is on the rise.
Border control
The former chief of Frontex, which should guard the borders of the EU, declared that he was being hindered from Brussels. He was not allowed to guard the borders. The EU does not want to guard the borders at all. The EU wants to sacrifice Western culture because it was successful. Because the capitalist system is successful as long as it does not fall prey to the globalists and their multinationals. Socialism and communism failed everywhere and always, and the Cubans and Venezuelans know that once you have socialists in power, you will never get rid of them. The only ones who benefit from this are the corrupt and violent leaders of the country. Brazil is now at a crossroads.
Eroding sovereignty
And in Brussels, the socialists, together with the Christian Democrats, sometimes supplemented by those who call themselves liberals, have been in power for fifty years. In the Provincial States of Utrecht, I once asked a D66 deputy: "Is it correct that every country in Brussels fights tooth and nail for its own interests, but the Netherlands only promotes the European project?" He confirmed this unequivocally. Everyone wants to get money in Brussels, but our cabinets, officials, and institutions are only busy eroding our sovereignty. Because yes, being the Prime Minister of the Netherlands is nice, but having a globalist job at NATO is much more prestigious. The fact that this career chase comes at the expense of the Netherlands and everything for which you entered politics as a liberal is a side issue.
Globalist careerists
Afraid of losing their jobs, the globalists in Brussels softened agricultural policy just before the elections, as the uprising of the farmers reached the doorstep of the European Parliament, which is extremely annoying and confrontational. Who are these people? In addition, jobs are at risk because voters are adrift. They seek refuge with politicians who prioritize the interests of citizens over those of globalist careerists. But even as a member of the European Parliament, you would be crazy to be against the EU. With few exceptions, it is unthinkable that these people could ever earn as much outside this invisible honorary position as they do in Brussels. Especially if you come from a country where the cost of living is a fraction of that in the Netherlands. Why would you be against the EU if you can fill your pockets with it?
Back to the EEC
And that is precisely why we need to get rid of the EU. Collaboration is fine. We should never have abolished the EEC. Because Europhiles are entering into treaties with countries like Ukraine and Canada, which are detrimental to our competitive position. They are not there in Brussels for us. Other countries are pulling the strings. France is undermining our pulse fishermen in favor of those in their own country. France rarely or never adheres to the Maastricht Treaty. The big countries are calling the shots.
And the Netherlands? The Netherlands pays and mobilizes the entire government apparatus for Rutte's job. Now suddenly, the 2% norm for defense must be met. Not because of war, security, or decent equipment for our soldiers, but for Mark's job. It's sickening. Also because we are the largest net contributor, we have power. We must use it to begin to regain our sovereignty. And liquidity.
Serve the interests of the Netherlands
It's time for politicians who serve the interests of the Netherlands. Collaboration is fine, but we must regain control of our own house, with decisions made in The Hague and not by a German lady who secretly brokers billion-dollar deals with Pfizer."
