Alexander Hornemann was born on 31 May 1936 in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. He lived with his family at Staringstraat 29.

During the Holocaust, Alexander and his brother Eduard were imprisoned and taken through several camps. In 1945, Alexander was murdered in Hamburg. He was only 8 years old.

Elly was murdered in Auschwitz on 19 November 1942. She was 14 years old.

Sara van Dam was born on 29 May 1865 in Dordrecht.

In the final years of her life, she lived in Rotterdam, at the Israelitisch Oudeliedengesticht on Claes de Vrieselaan. In February 1943, at the age of 77, she was deported from there. Sara was murdered in Sobibor on 5 March 1943.

Her Stolperstein reminds us of her name, her life, and the place from which she was taken.

Jacques Drabbe was born on 28 May 1914 in Brussels.

He was a photograver and a member of the Belgian resistance, affiliated with the Front de l’Indépendance. He lived at Rue du Chasseur 9 / Jagersstraat 9 in Brussels.

Jacques Drabbe was arrested on 8 July 1943, imprisoned at Breendonk, and executed on 6 March 1944 at the Tir National in Brussels. He was 29 years old.

He was exiled, deported to Mauthausen in 1941, and murdered in Gusen in January 1942. His Stolperstein is placed at Plaça de la Creu in Puig-reig.

Op zondag 7 juni worden er alweer tien nieuwe struikelstenen geplaatst in Antwerpen op 3 verschillende locaties voor Esther Goldberg-Itzkowic en haar zonen Achim, Berthold en Arthur Itzcowic, voor Abe Neumarkt en Paula Haber en voor Alice Bloch en René Marcel Kappel en hun kinderen Yvonne en Lucie Kappel. Alle info over de locaties en de timing van de plaatsingsceremonies zijn terug te vinden in de afbeeldingen hieronder.
Momenteel zijn er reeds 299 struikelstenen geplaatst in Antwerpen. Na zondag zullen het er 307 zijn. Dit voorjaar worden er ook nog struikelstenen geplaatst op zondag 28 juni.

Betty Wolff-Polajewer was born on 26 May 1886 in Schrotthaus. She lived at Breite Straße 15 in Aschersleben with her husband Max Wolff.

In 1939, she fled to Holland. Betty Wolff-Polajewer died in Amsterdam on 25 September 1940, at the age of 54.

In June 1943, he was deported from Vught via Westerbork to Sobibor, where he was murdered on 11 June 1943. He was only 5 years old.

His Stolperstein at Derde Oosterparkstraat 125 in Amsterdam keeps his name present in the place where he once lived.

Antonio Orive Alonso was born in El Alcornocal, Fuente Obejuna, on 24 May 1914.

He was interned in Fallingbostel and deported to Mauthausen in 1941. He was murdered in Gusen on 1 January 1942.

His Stolperstein can be found at Parque Virgen del Carmen, calle Nueva, in Fuente Obejuna.
