For a cozy atmosphere we offer our catering and entertaining service at your home or at your company. In order to prepare your sushi event well, we will visit your location and talk with you about all details during this occasion. The noon or evening of the workshop we will furnish the food ingredients and the cooking material. In this way, we offer catering and entertainment at the same time. We have also special options such as furnishing the drinks too, offer your guests a recipe booklet or suggest a nice decoration. Course for Sushi beginners
We offer an entire sushi course for beginners. The course will tell you the story of this delicious and healthy Japanese dish. It provides you with theoretical information as well as practical exercise. In six meetings of two hours of informal atmosphere, we will teach you the secrets of sushi making: including the rice recipe, fish slicing and rolling! Get in touch with the original ingredients and make your own nigiri sushi, futo maki, Californian rolls and even invent your own creations. Book for you and your partner, your family or friends, colleagues or meet new people sharing this same passion for cooking or will to finally learn how to cook. We offer our course in several languages (Dutch, German, French, English and Chinese). Course of 6 meetings including tasting, lesson material and intake: 200€ p.p. (from on 2 persons)
