My special interests include alcohol and other drugs (AOD) counselling, youth wellbeing, behaviour change, and anger management. With lived experience and formal training in counselling and AOD, I offer a calm, relatable presence to help young people feel safe, seen, and supported. I hold a Bachelor of Counselling, am fully insured for private practice, and am currently completing a Certificate IV in Alcohol and Other Drugs. I am a professional member of both VAADA (Victorian Alcohol and Drug Association) and PACFA (Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia). Based in Traralgon and servicing surrounding areas. I also provide online counselling sessions Australia-wide, making my services accessible no matter where you are located. Available for private bookings, referrals, and NDIS participants (self-managed and plan-managed)..
