DSPA is at the forefront of addressing the unique challenges of the aviation industry by collaborating with key players to develop innovative fire safety systems tailored to its specific demands. By leveraging our early warning system and the exceptional properties of aerosol extinguishing, originally developed for the aerospace sector, we offer unmatched solutions in the realm of fire protection.

𝐔𝐧𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬:
At the FAA Technical Center (Atlantic City, USA) comprehensive tests were conducted using cargo-hold unit-loading devices (ULDs) filled with 215 packages, including 20 operational laptops with batteries, 50 working phones with batteries, and 300 bulk-shipped lithium-ion batteries. The fire ignition source in the ULD consisted of a heating element surrounded by lithium-ion batteries. After four hours, the ULD was opened, revealing that an astounding 95% of the packages remained undamaged. This breakthrough achievement marks a significant advancement in aviation fire safety.

Addressing 𝐋𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐮𝐦-𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐲 Fire Hazards Across Industries:
Lithium-ion battery fires pose a significant risk across diverse industries, such as energy storage, shipping, warehousing, and electric vehicles. Not limited to aviation, road, rail, and sea transportation are also susceptible to such fires. DSPA has demonstrated its capability to suppress Lithium-ion fires for over four hours, presenting a comprehensive solution applicable beyond aviation. Wherever a need arises to protect Lithium-ion batteries, DSPA's innovative fire safety systems prove invaluable.
