Today, we had a rooftopvisit on our DakAkker from architect Christine Leung (and her two daughters) from Lotus Brook in the Liverpool area. She is looking to gain knowledge and experience regarding rooftopfarms —so she came to the right place! The plan is to start an edible rooftop in her hometown as well. It’s also so nice that she helped out the rooftopfarmers for a bit this morning! On the left side of the photo chief rooftopfarmer Wouter Bauman and on the right-hand side Christine.
