Then, you weave a web of alliances.

The Americans, through EDCA, are a tool, not a crutch.

You forge ironclad pacts with Japan, Australia, and India.

You build a unified wall of mutual interests, so when they cross the line, they deal with a syndicate of nations, not an isolated island.
