🔬 Medical Laser Safety in Focus

On 28 August, experts from across the Baltic region and Finland gathered in Pärnu, Estonia, for a dedicated training event on medical laser safety and clinical applications.

The programme brought together medical physicists, clinical engineers and biomedical engineers to explore laser physics, regulatory requirements, clinical applications and future developments, with a strong focus on safety in hospital environments.

🤝 The event was organised by the Estonian Society for Biomedical Engineering and Medical Physics, in cooperation with the Latvian Association of Clinical Medical Physicists and Engineers and the Society of Medical Physicists from Lithuania.

Thank you to all speakers, organisers and participants for contributing to a valuable day of knowledge exchange and collaboration!
