Op woensdag 10 juni 2026 vindt de Jaarvergadering plaats, tijdens deze Algemene Ledenvergadering zal het huidige bestuur plaatsmaken voor het nieuwe bestuur. Dit jaar zal de Jaarvergadering plaatsvinden in Woolloomooloo (Janskerkhof 14, 3512 BL Utrecht). Tijdens de vergadering blikken we terug op het afgelopen verenigingsjaar, bespreken we waar het bestuur zich mee bezig heeft gehouden en worden verschillende commissies gedechargeerd en geïnstalleerd. Na de bestuurswissel barst het feest los tijdens het jaarlijkse EFC-wisselfeest, dat aansluitend op dezelfde locatie plaatsvindt. De Jaarvergadering begint om 16:00 uur, het feest begint om ongeveer 01:00 uur en duurt tot 04:00 uur. Leden betalen € 3,- entree voor het feest en niet-leden € 4,-, maar als je al bij de vergadering aanwezig bent, is de toegang gratis. Mis dit belangrijke en feestelijke moment niet.
