A Supported Employment E-port folio includes all the Supported Employment phases individuals are involved with.
The ultimate goal of an individual in the Supported Employment process is to get and maintain a paid job on the open labour market.
The combination with the E-port folio has added value for persons with a disability and others who are disadvantaged and with a large distance from the open labour market.
Persons involved can see and follow individual developments and growth. The focus is on abilities, wishes and preferences.
The E-port folio creates possibilities and opportunities for more severe disabled persons. They get the opportunity to present themselves, to explain what they want, what important is for them.
A paid job on the open labour market might not be possible at the end. The person involved has the possibility to follow his/ her dream, experience, personal growth and new possibilities. It contributes to quality of life.
The knowledge about dreams, wishes and preferences gives opportunities for the organisation to deal with and to provide the individual tailored support, so that the person with a disability can realise his/ her goals as much as possible.

In Rome at Scuola Viva onlus we met Valerio, 43 years old.
Valerio is a modest person. He is staying at Scuola Viva onlus about 15 years and he is participating in the Art-project.
He has no special wishes or demands. During his participation in the Art-project he has developed an own recognizable style in ceramics.

He has potential for further developments, but it also depends on his own wishes and the support from Scuola Vivo onlus

Many people with a disability have skills, but have difficulties in showing these, due to lack of diploma's/ certificates. The Supported Employment E-port folio project makes it possible to show these skills by using vide-recording.
An example. At A-tempo, Graz, Austria we met Benjamin. His special interest is to get a job in a company where they make video games. However he has no diploma's in this field, he has talent. He has already designed a video game which can be showed to potential employers. The support and guidance, provided by A-tempo and the possinillity to show his skills and competences shall increase his options for a paid job in the sector he likes to work.
Using the instrument op video-recording can increase the possibilities for many people with a disability to get and maintain a paid job on the open labour market.

The ePortoflio project was presented at EASPD's conference in May. The project is developing a platform with innovative features to facilitate the match of job seekers with employers across the EU.

Just coming back from a successful conference in Zagreb, organised by and . So many positive reactions in our workshop about our new system E-Portfolio Supported Employment! New countries like France, Belgium and even Israel are enthusiastic to join!

In Roma at ScuolaViva , during our International Project Meeting (TPM) we had the opportunity to see how well their clients are treated. With love, care and patience. No wonder that they want to stay and make beautiful art. Thank you Fabrizio Fea, for being such a great host!

Meeting in person is so much better than only meeting online. And being in Rome added that little extra to our meeting. Thank you Fabrizio, for being such a great host to our TPM! It was wonderful and fruitful at the same time. Thanks to all the partners, we've taken another big leap forward in our project!

We are proud to be a partner of the EASPD! And naturally we support Zero Discrimination! Not only today, but every day. But so good to have one day like today, when the UN and so many others promote a world without any discrimination!

Today, EASPD, the UN and others around the world celebrate Zero Discrimination Day. This celebration aims to promote solidarity to end all forms of discrimination.

Persons with disabilities are a group who often face discrimination in their everyday life, especially when looking for employment. To help to reduce possible discrimination in the job market, the E-Portfolio project has developed an online tool which enables persons with disabilities to upload their CV and showcase their skills and characteristics. Using Artificial Intelligence applicants are then matched with potential job opportunities, enabling persons with disabilities to introduce themselves autonomously on the labour market.

Last Monday we had another fruitful MMMM (Monthly Monday Morning Meeting). In these online monthly meetings we discuss the progress of our Erasmus+ project. It’s a great way to share our activities, so everyone is up to date. Even after Covid we will continue meeting this way.
