The first and longest voyage of the year is over ⛵️; Trondheim - Bodø, approx. 300 nautical miles in all kinds of weather 🌨🌬🌧☀️🌊.
Seilavi ⛵️ is in great shape after "spa-treatment" in Trondheim and with new sails she is ready for this year's season 🤗

First test of the new sails, both mainsail and foresail, and it promises well! Seilavi heeled less and sailed better ⛵️
A great day with sun☀️, springfeeling ashore at Sør Fugløy 🪻, six eagles 🦅 at the same time, at Fleina (although I only got one in the picture) and sailing 🤩⛵️🤩

Today's leg ⛵️ from Sandnessjøen to Støtt, a total of 65 nautical miles.
The weather has varied greatly; a little sun☀️, a little wind, a lot of rain🌨, big sleet showers🌧, strong winds 🌬🌊 and finally relatively calm at Støtt 💙.
We just managed to test the gennaker 🧡🩷 before the hailstorms arrived and it's great!

Sailing can be associated with sun, wind, white sails, blue sea and beautiful days along the coast, but sailing also looks like this; wet, grey, low visibility, headwind and waves from yesterday's strong gale all day long ⛵️😉

Arrived safely at Leka Island just as the wind picked up and started to get rough ⛵️ Two days of sailing (mostly motor) and 145 nautical miles completed 💪 155 nm to go😉
