Senteret føder vår originale og opprinnelige natur. Emanuel har selv funnet dette senteret og brukt lang tid på å integrere det i kroppen og hverdag

daglig andre til den samme tilstanden for deres egen blomstring gjennom blant annet meditasjon, kampkunst, satsang, tegning, chi-lek og bevist sammvær. Gjennom et slikt godt levesett får man støtte, veiledning og næring til å komme tilbake til senteret i oss selv og lære å leve fra det. I Ålen i nerheten av Røros er det en bevegelse i denne kulturen. Alle som er interessert er velkomne.

Soul culture of enlightenment

the purpose of spirit of oneness is to share enlightenment about who we are behind all confusion and superficial identification, and to find the quiet center inside us, where clarity and peace reigns. the center gives birth to the nature of our soul.

emanuel himself has found this center and has spent a long time to integrate it in his body and daily life. he gives guidance daily and protects whoever wants to nurture their own soul nature towards flowering, through, among other things - meditation, martial arts, satsang, drawing, chi-play and conscious social gatherings.

through this way of living one kan unite onself with the path of a life artist and understand that of living in true harmony.
