Nepal as a Multi Ethnic Society but the structure of the State is not as the structure of the society here. As well as the Government System is total centralised and monopolised specially in the base of single ethnicity. Reservation should be in system (Constitutionally) to the backward society's people in the Employment, Education (Social Securities)-Indigenous Nationalities, Dalits, Fenmales, Mi

nority Groups; and Secularism is the next issue of this Party. And the Economic Policy of the Party is competitive in the base of Democratic Socialism.
