On 23rd June, 2026, Leo Club of Palpa LMC successfully conducted a CPR and BLS Training program at Lumbini Medical College with the aim of empowering participants with essential life-saving skills.
The session focused on the fundamentals of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Basic Life Support (BLS), enabling participants to recognize medical emergencies, respond confidently, and provide immediate assistance until professional medical help arrives. Through practical demonstrations and hands-on practice, participants learned the correct techniques of chest compressions, rescue breathing, and the importance of early intervention in saving lives.
Our primary objective was to create awareness that every second counts during an emergency and that anyone equipped with basic CPR knowledge can become a lifesaver. We believe these skills are not only valuable for healthcare professionals but for every responsible member of society.
The enthusiasm, active participation, and eagerness to learn displayed by everyone made the program truly meaningful and impactful. We sincerely hope the knowledge gained will help build a safer and more prepared community.
Heartfelt thanks to all the trainers, volunteers, participants, and everyone who contributed directly and indirectly to the successful completion of this program. Together, let's continue creating a community that is ready to save lives. ❤️🩺
