DPL Pokhara proudly presents a “Self-Defense Training Program” for young individuals aged 15–25 years.

This training is designed to help you:
✨ Build self-confidence
✨ Learn practical self-defense techniques
✨ Improve awareness and quick decision-making
✨ Stay safe in everyday situations

👥 Age Group: 15–25 Years
📍 Venue: Fury Temple, Lakeside-6
