नयाँ बजेटले तम्घासलाई नगरपालिका घोषणा गरेको छ । आइतबार ,साउन १, २०६८ देखि तम्घास नगर विकास समितिले नगरपालिकाको हैसियतमा काम गर्न शूरु गर्नेछ । सुर्यलाल अमात्यको समितिले सिफारिस गरेको १० बर्ष भएको छ । २०६१ देखि नै ४१ ओटा नगरपालिका थप्ने स्थानीय विकास मन्त्रालयको प्रयास थियो । धेरै आइतबारहरू पर्खिएपछि बल्ल त्यो पूरा भएको छ ।
