Empowered the spirit
the recent visit of high-level officials from the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) Central Office in London, the South Asia Regional Office in Delhi, and the FPAN Head Office to Palpa has been concluded with remarkable success. The engagement has generated meaningful insights, constructive improvements, and forward-looking action plans that are expected to serve as solid milestones—indeed, stepping stones—for the expansion and sustained delivery of services by the FPAN Palpa Branch.
I extend my sincere appreciation and gratitude to the distinguished visiting officials, as well as to the dedicated branch team, whose collective commitment and collaboration made this visit both productive and impactful.

We remain firmly committed to ensuring continuity and quality in service delivery, with a particular focus on safeguarding the reproductive health rights of the people. In this context, we sincerely acknowledge the supportive supervision and Quality of Care (QOC) Initiative assessment visit conducted at the FPAN Palpa Branch by the IPPF member organization, Family Planning Association of Nepal (FPAN).

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Pramij Thapa, Programme Director of FPAN, and Dr. Om Maharjan for their valuable presence, technical guidance, and constructive support during the visit. Their engagement significantly contributed to strengthening service standards, reinforcing accountability, and enhancing the overall quality of reproductive health services at the branch level.

We are also deeply grateful to the respected office bearers of the Palpa Branch Executive Committee, as well as our partners from Ewan Karma Charity, for their continued collaboration and dedication. Their collective efforts play a vital role in advancing FPAN’s mission and IPPF’s commitment to rights-based, people-centered reproductive health services.
