We were immensely proud to be featured in 4 dishes (cocktails count as a dish, right?) at an event held in Auckland recently, celebrating Niuean food. The menu was expertly put together by acclaimed NZ chef .mordido and executive chef of , .

We are profoundly honoured that His Majesty King Charles III was presented with a with a special gift of Niue Honey during a reception at Lancaster House in London.

As a passionate beekeeper himself, he truly understands what makes this gift so unique. This is honey from a place of global significance: our Pacific Bee Sanctuary on Niue, home to the world's last-known, sufficiently isolated disease-free bees.

Presented by Niue's Minister of Natural Resources, Hon. Mona Ainu'u, alongside an Ocean Conservation Commitment in his name, the gift was a symbol of our shared dedication to the planet. We are delighted to know His Majesty was moved and deeply grateful.

A taste of pure nature, gifted in the spirit of keeping it that way.

Record high losses of honeybees in the US... Food security depends on having a healthy bee population. That’s why we’ve established the Pacific Bee Sanctuary on Niue -To preserve and protect the world’s last-known significant population of healthy, clean bees. Here, they’re effectively isolated from all the major diseases, parasites and chemicals that are causing colony collapse globally.
