Lockdown can be tough on your wellbeing. Master Plumbers has created a list of small ways to make yourself feel better in lockdown - try one today.

It's important to take the time to look after yourself during lockdown.

If you find yourself at a loss or in a negative headspace, do one small thing for yourself. Some suggestions are:

- Grab yourself a healthy snack
- Try out a new recipe
- Add another vegetable to your next meal
- Have a nap or head to bed early for the night with a good book
- Go for a walk on a new route (keeping it local)
- Challenge yourself with an online exercise video or personal best to beat.
- Pick up that book
- Fix or create something
- Reach out to family, friends, and support services.

Master Plumbers has resources and support available for our members.
