Our continuing poetry paste-ups pair local writing with Auckland Libraries Heritage Collections photos, here from the '60s (Hydra sign and 'Gluepot' Hotel) and late '80s (man crossing at lights, photo: Miles Hargest) at College Hill and the Ponsonby-Jervois intersection. We chose Iain Sharp's 'The Ponsonby Strut' and Ken Arvidson's 'Six o’clock in the Gluepot' as the day's poems. Collection items no. 580-18934, 273-HAR022-08 and 919-36.
