The hardest part of living with HIV in 2026 often isn't the virus — it's the stigma. And stigma runs on misinformation.

Here's the fact: effective treatment makes HIV undetectable. Undetectable = Untransmittable.

That means zero risk of passing HIV on to s*xual partners. U=U. 💯
The science moved on. Stigma didn't.

The National HIV Action Plan names the goal: people living with HIV leading healthy lives free from stigma and discrimination.

We're not there yet, but every honest conversation gets us closer.
