Kia ora school whānau! 🎨✨

Back in 2018, our students took part in an awesome creative project, drawing their visions for Auckland's City Rail Link. Fast forward to today—their artwork now has a permanent home in Auckland's newest landmark, Te Waihorotiu Station (by Aotea Square)!

Even cooler? From 25 Sept to 25 Oct (sunset to midnight), those student drawings are being brought to life as huge animated projections on the station facade for Windows of Imagination! 🚂💫

Are you one of the former students who drew a picture for this back in 2018? We’d love to know! Head into the city with your whānau to spot your artwork brought to life.

It’s all part of the We The Young festival, featuring over 25 performances, workshops, and free events across the city centre.

Last Saturday our Project Wy/Otara Champions team met up to walk one of the many tracks in the Waitakere Ranges before heading to a prize-giving where our families were celebrated for completing 10 weeks of training. It was a very rewarding experience and we cannot wait for more families to join us next year!
