• Depth of sealant
• Max hole or gap size
• Type & size of service (PVC, steel, cables)
• Exact installation method

The fire rating you achieve depends on all of these. Just because a product is labeled “fire-rated” doesn’t mean it’s compliant in every scenario.

We follow the spec down to the details, because in passive fire, close enough isn’t good enough.
