Are you a member of a club or organisation? Time is running out – act now to reregister! Search the Incorporated Societies register and check whether your society is registered under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022.
All incorporated societies must be reregistered under the 2022 Act by Sunday 5 April.
If they don’t, they will cease to exist as a legal entity and may lose access to their money, assets and property.
The committee will need to:
✔️ Provide a constitution which meets the requirements of the 2022 Act.
✔️ Hold a general meeting to approve the decision to reregister and adopt the new constitution.
✔️ Apply online to reregister.
