These gorgeous, colorful, reusable pads go into our postpartum packs to support new mums.

At Pregnancy Help Auckland we provide free essential items to pregnant women and families looking after young children.

We always need new and unopened items to add to our packs such as body wash, hygiene items, shampoo and conditioner, and any self care items to make new mums feel cared for and valued. Please get in touch if you can help with any of these items 🥰

Did you know it’s not just maternity clothing we provide at our branch?

We also support postpartum mums, and mums with young children, because every mum deserves to feel warm, comfortable, and cared for this winter ❤️

We are looking for women’s clothing in all sizes, especially plus-sized clothing.

If you have any clean, good condition clothing that is:
✨ Warm
✨ Stretchy
✨ Oversized
✨ Casual & comfortable
✨ Easy to wear for pregnancy and postpartum

…we would love to hear from you!

Your donations help support women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, early parenting, emergency situations, and changing bodies with dignity and care.

- A mum who lost everything in a house fire came in to pick up essential baby and toddler items, leaving with an extra bag of warm women’s clothing helped restore comfort, dignity, and normality during an incredibly difficult time.

- A mum with a 6-month-old baby struggling to feel comfortable in her pre-pregnancy winter clothes after birth. Receiving warm, comfortable clothing helped her feel confident and supported again.

- A family facing job loss who had spent their last paycheck on formula and medical bills. Mum was so thankful to browse our clothing area and find warm, comfortable clothes that helped her feel cared for, while also receiving much-needed baby and toddler essentials.

Thanks to an incredibly generous donation from Hotmilk Lingerie we are overflowing with amazing maternity bras in all sizes. If you are pregnant or postpartum, we provide free essential support to families expecting or caring for young children.

Please get in touch with us if you are needing support with clothes or bras and are pregnant or postpartum - come and browse and fill a bag ❤ We love to support women to feel confident and cared for, with clothing that fits.

If you are in a position to donate your good quality, pre loved clothes - we would be so grateful for- maternity and postpartum friendly clothes. We are especially short on sizes 14+.

Our drop off locations are:

Pregnancy Help Auckland 36c Princes Street Onehunga - Mon, Wed and Fri 9:30-1:30.
Grey Lynn Community Centre Mon - Fri during office hours

It definitely is a safe space and personally I feel more organisations like these are needed."

We care deeply about ensuring hapū māmā and pēpi are cared for with essential items during pregnancy, postpartum, newborn and toddler stages. We love receiving your feedback!
