✨Soft skills = life skills✨

When we spoke to employers, teachers & entrepreneurs across Sri Lanka, one thing kept coming up: the need for stronger *soft skills* — communication, collaboration, public speaking, confidence… the things that truly shape future leaders. 🌱

Last week, we ran our *first-ever soft skills workshop* with high school prefects. From sharing ideas openly to learning it’s okay to make mistakes, the session built confidence, connection & courage. We ended the day with meditation 🧘🏽‍♀️ and, of course, our signature group hug 🤗

We can’t wait to bring more of these workshops to schools across the island & empower the next generation to grow — in the classroom, the workplace & beyond. 💛
