Consul General Dr Madan Mohan Sethi met the team from CP Solutions and Nitrosol at the Consulate in Auckland for a discussion on sustainable agriculture, biological fertilisers and agricultural innovation.

The exchange focused on sharing experience and exploring solutions that support farmers and improve agricultural productivity. Nitrosol's field experience in India, including the use of its biological fertiliser in rice cultivation in Salem, Tamil Nadu, points to the contribution such solutions can make to crop outcomes.

Both are New Zealand companies working in the fertiliser and horticulture sector. Agriculture and agri-technology remain among the areas of growing India–New Zealand cooperation.
