Whaea Tara and Mrs Dold are accompanying eight of our students to Tauranga where they will have the opportunity to represent our school at the AIMS Games. There will be more than 14 000 athletes, representing about 430 schools, participating over the following week.

DO YOU HAVE A CHILD STARTING SCHOOL SOON?

Panama Road School is already planning ahead for our 2027 New Entrants, and we need the help of our whānau!

If you have a child who will be turning 5 years old and starting at Panama Road School anytime between now and the end of March 2027, we would really appreciate you coming into the school office to pre-enrol them as soon as possible.

Even if their 5th birthday is still several months away, please enrol them now.

Knowing how many children are coming helps us to plan carefully for:

👩‍🏫 Staffing and class numbers
📚 Teaching and learning programmes
🤝 Learning support and individual needs
🌱 A positive and well-planned transition from ECE to school

Please don’t wait until your child turns five to enrol. Early enrolment makes a big difference to our planning and helps us make sure everything is ready to welcome your child.

If your child is due to start at Panama Road School between now and 31 March 2027, please visit our school office and complete their pre-enrolment.

Please note that this is an open invitation to any whānau at ECE or at primary school level with neurodivergent children. If you know of any families who may benefit from this, please extend a warm invitation to them.
