Today marks the end of our second round of EnD options for the year.

It has been great to see our learners exploring the many different things on offer.

Our final rotation starts next week. There are still spaces available for Mountain Biking and Tennis/Squash for those who are interested. Check your emails for details.

Races start at 9.45 (approx) and run as follows:
-10+ year old boys
-10+ year old girls
-9 year old boys
-9 year old girls
-8 year old boys
-8 year old girls
-7 year old Year 3 (boys and girls)

Year 6 tree planting trip is all go for today.

Wear warm clothing and bring a rain coat. There is a chance for an occasional shower and some wind.

All whaanau attending the kapa haka festival today. Entry to the event is from the doors on the lake side of the Don Rowlands Centre. There is a koha entry at the door.

🚀🧸 We’ve had a VERY exciting week in Phase One! 🧸🚀

Timatanga and Te Puna were super lucky to have MOTAT (the Museum of Transport and Technology) bring their amazing STEM Cell classroom to us! 🔬🚗🤖

Emily and Ashley from MOTAT had our tamariki exploring, discovering, learning and PLAYING with toys from the past and today! 🎲🪀

We matched up old toys with their modern-day versions and talked about how they have changed over time. We explored toys that help build different skills and checked out HEAPS of soft toys! We even saw toys that were 100 years old! 🧸

There was lots of hands-on fun, plenty of curiosity and some very enthusiastic playing! 🙌✨

It was the perfect experience to bring our Inquiry learning to life as we explore how have childhoods changed over time.

A huge THANK YOU to Emily and Ashley from MOTAT for bringing so much fun and learning to our tamariki! 💛
