Colville Public Hall

Colville Public Hall Colville Public Hall was established in 1931. This isolated, rural community formed a committee, appointed trustees, raised funds and built the hall.

Additions and improvements have been made over the years giving us a beautiful community hall. Trestle tables, meeting tables, chairs, kitchen facility. Air conditioning/heating. Water purifier for clean drinking water. Currently, no cooking facilities but appliances may be brought in. Large T-pots, cups, zip etc. Small fridge. 3 phase power. Circuits for lighting and stage power points. Stage risers available.

Colville and surrounding communities, you’re up next!

We’ll be at the Colville Hall next Wednesday, 22 July 2026 to hear your ideas for the future of the Coromandel Peninsula. Council is developing a big-picture plan that will shape the district for the next 30+ years, and we need your ideas on what this should look like.

Drop in anytime between 10 am-12pm at the Hall to tell us what you value about your area and the wider Peninsula, what you think needs to change, and the challenges and opportunities you see ahead. Your voice will help shape the future.
