WE’RE HIRING | WHĀNAU SUPPORT WORKER

Are you passionate about walking alongside whānau and helping people build confidence, connection and resilience?

This is a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours per week) where you will work alongside whānau impacted by mental distress and addiction, providing:

🤝 One-to-one emotional support and practical advocacy
🌱 Support navigating mental health and addiction services
💬 Connection to peer support and community resources
❤️ Grief and bereavement support
👫 Whānau-centred support across tamariki, rangatahi snd adults
🌎 Strong connections with local agencies and communities

We’re looking for someone who is compassionate, culturally responsive and confident building relationships across diverse communities. A relevant qualification and experience in mental health, addiction or social services are highly regarded.
