Kaikorai Valley College Urban Concept Farm open day today (Saturday) 10am to 2pm.

A reminder about our Open Day this weekend: Saturday the 19th from 10am to 2pm. Entrance between the pedestrian crossing and Kaikorai Stream bridge on KV Road: keep going until you see Dynes Lane - and go down that to the Farm.

We will have a few small things to buy: sunflower seedlings and tee cup gardens, small amounts of blackcurrant plants (recent cuttings), apple trees (recently grafted), and some native plants.

We have an Open Day on Saturday the 19th of November 10 am to 2 pm.

We will have have a few plants, seeds and eggs to sell too.

Stroll in and have a relaxed look around the Farm. Guided tours (c. 20 mins) every hour and a cuppa if you want to dwell a while.

Kaikarae Stream needs waimāori and thanks to Dunedin City Council it gets it at Mount Grand as overflow of clean water for the treatment plant enters Fraser's Creek to dilute all the industrial pollution downstream.
