Why is animal abuse allowed at the rodeo?
But if someone BODY SLAMMED an animal into the ground outside the rodeo on the street, there would be a national outcry for a prostitution.

Come on New Zealand it's time to be ban the rodeo, and stop being laggards when it comes to the abuse of animals for human entertainment.
Check out where it's banned or heavily restricted with events like rope and tie not allowed.
The harm caused by calf roping is undeniable to any objective observer, though it is often obscured by those conditioned to view such cruelty as sport. Scientific research confirms that calves display fear and distress at every stage of roping.

Curtis Pertab a man suspended from horse racing for giving a horse a beating a couple of years ago.
Seen here today at the Mataura Rodeo abusing a calf. Watch to the end and see how the calf is dragged along the ground for a prolonged time by the rope tightly around their neck.
Grassroots Campaigns is calling for an immediate end to Rodeo as this animal abuse seen week after week in New Zealand rodeo can not be allowed to continue.
