Some people have a way of resonating with you regardless of whether you have met them in person or not. Nigel Latta was one of these amazing people to me.
I will always be grateful for his knowledge, empathy and wisdom and the influence he has had on my personal and professional views.
Thank you for all you shared Nigel and condolences to all your family, friends and colleagues.

Monday morning and the start of another fabulous week.
The quote in my studio this week is..."Be the reason someone smiles today."

A smile is one of life's greatest gifts. It's reassuring, a connection, an expression of thanks, a welcome, an acknowledgment, a gesture.
A smile has a ripple effect, makes us and the recipient feel good. It's easy and doesn't cost a thing.

Set up a little challenge, see how many smiles you can share and receive, and I bet you'll have a better week with this challenge part of each day.😊

Anzac Day 2024

On my walk today I spotted this beautiful camelia, just one of many on a beautiful hedge. My thoughts were with our brave soldier's.

It's been a month since being back from the beach. 4 weeks of meeting new and regular clients. I love my studio space, my mahi, the people I meet.

I provide a safe space, time for clients to be heard. Thoughts to be shared, time to reflect, gather perspective.

I sit with clients as they navigate change.

Change might be related to work, education, family, opportunities, relationships, grief, health, lowmood, new responsibilities, moving home. Change can be planned and change can be sudden. Change can be exciting, change can be overwhelming.

I work with clients as they share feelings, explore new thoughts, implement new strategies, build confidence, celebrate success and navigate change.

Kia mōiri a tamanuiterā ka whakatika ai.

There is no need to rush.

This beautiful whakataukī resonates well with me as I begin my mahi for 2024.
I arrive to my clients feeling grateful and energetic after a stunning 3 weeks relaxing in Uawa.

For many of us, our holidays have come to an end. Tamariki and rangatahi head back to kura. For others who have had a busy summer or working through, you may be counting down for time to unwind.

As we reset, remember to keep life in balance. There is no need to rush. Take time to eat well, rest, exercise, and enjoy the outdoors. Make time to connect with others and show kindness. Listen to your body, care for your hauora.

Kia mōiri a tamanuiterā ka whakatika ai.

There is no need to rush ♡

This weeks quote -
Every accomplishment starts with the decision to try ☆

Yes, trying can take courage, energy, and time. However, the important thing to remember is ...
any accomplishment is an accomplishment!

Regardless of the size, accomplishing tasks releases dopamine 😊
💫Dopamine boosts our mood, motivation, attention and builds feelings of success 🥳

☆What accomplishments are you most proud of?

☆What do you want to accomplish this week?

☆How do you celebrate your accomplishments?

☆Do you celebrate other people's accomplishments?
