We’ve been asked to share the response from Ngā Uri o Ngāi Tāwhiri (NUoNT) to the National Policy Statement for Freshwater 2020 (NPS 2020), the National Objectives Framework, and Te Mana o te Wai, with whānau of Ngāi Tāwhiri, Ngāi Te Kete, and Ruapani.

The document, "Waikanae Awa Tipuna mai Papa, mai Rangi, mai roto i waho", focuses on the restoration of Waikanae Awa Tipuna.

Due to tangihanga the Te Kuri a Tuatai Marae AGM has been postponed. The hui will be re-scheduled and notified for early in the new year.

Tēnei te mihi aroha e whitiwhiti ana i te auahatanga o te wā. Kua tae mai te pōuritanga ki te kuaha o te aroha.

The marae cabins have been given a good clean-out by trustees and whānau, all set for the summer season.
