Our first assembly of Term 4 was jam packed. We had a lot to celebrate and share today.
It was the end of Somali language week and our Somali students led us through their national anthem and taught us how to greet people, say the days of the week, count to ten and different colours.
Then we had Room 12 share some persuasive writing about homework as well as some art to support their message.
We celebrated two Golden Feathers from Room 8. Well done to Samuel and Isla!
We welcomed new students to Woodstock School in Room 1, 7 and 11.
There were prizes for Walk or Wheel Week where students won socks, Ninja Velley vouchers, Waterworld vouchers and more.
Congratulations to Logan for being at school every day for the last two weeks and winning Leo the Lion.
Finally congratulations to Kea house for earning the most house points for the first two weeks of the term.
