FULL DETAILS - Wairarapa Rural Ladies Lunch

9.45am – 1.00pm (Panel discussion and lunch)
1.00pm – 2.00pm (Optional breakout sessions)

We'll be joined by an incredible panel of speakers:

🌿 Kate Ivey – Founder of Kate Ivey Fitness and DediKate, specialising in exercise for women through perimenopause and menopause.

🌿 Dr Alison Payne – GP with a special interest in perimenopause and hormonal health.

🌿 Sarah Percy – Registered Dietitian specialising in women's nutrition, hormone health and menopause.

This will be an informative, practical and supportive conversation covering hormone health across all life stages, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and connect with others over lunch.

Today we say a heartfelt thank you to Zara van Hout for the incredible contribution you’ve made to our Lower North Island Hub.

Your passion, energy and commitment have helped create so many memorable events and opportunities for our members. From the hugely successful Pink Ribbon Breakfast, to the Hawke’s Bay Ladies Day Out, the Ladies Golf Day, and the many other events you’ve organised and supported, you’ve made a lasting impact on our community.

Congratulations on the exciting new chapter ahead with the purchase of your farm, and an even bigger congratulations on your engagement! Wishing you and your future husband every happiness as you begin this next adventure together.

While we’ll certainly miss you as one of our Regional Leaders, we know this isn’t goodbye. We’re looking forward to seeing you at future Dairy Women’s Network events and continuing to celebrate your successes.

We're so excited to share a save the date for this event. We are passionate about closing the gap in accessible, local education and open conversations around women's health and hormone-related issues for rural people.

🗓️ Friday 24th July, Carterton Events Centre

Whatever stage you are navigating, or if you are just wanting to better understand your body, this event is about creating a space where women can learn, ask questions, and connect with trusted experts.

We're thrilled to be bringing together an incredible panel featuring:
