E te Atua
Tēnei te mutunga o tēnei wāhanga,
kua mutu tēnei roanga,
kua mutu te kaha,
kua mutu te mahi nei,
kua pai
haumi e,
hui e, Taiki e!

Cara Hokianga and Antonio Irwin entered 3 of our internal services in December 2022.

They both self referred to our Toi hua rewa service (Mental health and addictions)
and have had the wrap around support from our Whakamana whānau service (Empowering whanau through DV and family harm) and Pou Amo (Not one more mokopuna to be uplifted)

8 weeks ago they both made the decision to register for Huarahi pai marae based rehab in Rangitukia/Tikitiki.

Through all the obstacles that were presented to you both, including Cyclone Gabrielle and being far away from your whānau you both stood firm and strong throughout your journey.

Congratulations to you both for investing in yourselves and completing the course.
your resilience is inspirational and brings hope to others.
