Wow what an amazing display of beautiful art from Raureka at the A&P show! Our clever tamariki took out 9 awards this year! Flynn Woodham was there to receive his prize and Mrs Butler will present the other awards at school. Raureka received a special mention this year for our number of entries and talented artists. 😊

Yesterday at 1:30pm, our tamariki took part in New Zealand ShakeOut, our national earthquake drill and tsunami hīkoi (evacuation).

It was wonderful to see how well everyone participated! These drills help us build confidence and make sure we know what to do to keep ourselves safe in an emergency.

🌺 Polyfest 2026 🌺

What an incredible day for our Raureka Pasifika group at Polyfest 2026!

After weeks of practice and hard mahi, our tamariki stepped onto the Toitoi stage with confidence, energy and pride. They absolutely shone! A huge fa’afetai tele lava to our Raureka whānau and everyone who supported our group along the way.

We are so proud of our amazing tamariki! 🌺💙

Junior Enduro Run!
What a morning! We are so proud of every single member of our Junior Team who took on the Enduro Run last Friday!
There was so much resilience, determination and encouragement on display, and it was especially wonderful to hear our tamariki cheering each other on and celebrating one another along the way.
Ka pai, wonderful Raureka tamariki!

WIG WEDNESDAY!
Raureka was looking extra fabulous today! Our tamariki (and our staff!) got right into the spirit of Wig Wednesday, and there were some seriously cool looks around the school!
From colourful and crazy to stylish and spectacular, everyone brought their A-game!
We raised around $253.50 for the Child Cancer Foundation! A huge thank you to everyone who donated and helped us support such an important cause.
Ka pai, Raureka! You certainly know how to rock a wig!
