🎄️Valley Christmas Party & Carol Service ✨️ Saturday December 20th
From 3.30pm at the hall
Everyone is welcome!

We will have a special guest appearance 🎅 at 4.30pm – Parents please bring gifts for their child to the value of $20 . (we will have a secret sack hiding)

The hall committee will provide a burger for dinner. Please bring nibbles and/or dessert to share and your own drinks. Love to see as many as we can there!

Otairi Hall Society AGM on Wednesday 10 December at 7pm, at the Otairi Hall.

We would love to see as many of our community members as possible. Your support helps this amazing little committee keep our community thriving so please come along and be part of it!

As we head in to the summer season we have had a lot of requests to borrow items from the hall. Please make sure you book early if you are requiring something and return items asap in a clean condition after your event. If there is damage let us know immediately.

Items are available for use in our community, free of charge, but need to be booked in advance.

Join us for a good old fashioned pot luck dinner at the hall. The All Blacks v France will be on the big screen. Bring a plate to share, a beanbag, chair or cushion and catch up with your community. All welcome!
