A fantastic afternoon out with the Tonic team at **Bluff Distillery** and the **Foveaux Pāua Farm Experience**.

It was fascinating to learn about the innovation behind land-based pāua farming, hear the inspiring story behind Bluff Distillery, enjoy a gin tasting, and see the exciting plans for the future restaurant overlooking the coast. It's great to see passionate local businesses investing in Southland's future.

To top it off, a trip up Bluff Hill with our Quantity Surveyor, Paul Matthews, & the team to enjoy the calm weather and those spectacular views.

We finished off a great afternoon with a delicious meal at **Buster Crabb** back in Invercargill – the perfect way to relax and catch up as a team.

A huge thank you to everyone for your hospitality. We highly recommend these local experiences to anyone looking for something a little different while supporting Southland businesses.
