Love that the Waimakariri district is a welcoming community.. new comers are welcomed from near and far
I am reminded that Kaiapoi was once one of New Zealand’s most important trading posts.. people would travel via the waterways bringing with them food that they had caught, grown or foraged

The Government has released its Head Start Pathway framework, which sets out a process for the disestablishment of regional councils and the creation of unitary councils through amalgamation.

We want to hear what Waimakariri residents think.
