AQUA AEROBICS UPDATE! 🏊‍♀

Just a heads up for our Aqua Aerobics classes this week. Kim is unfortunately away sick, but we are thrilled to have the wonderful Laura covering her sessions!

While the class might feel a little more like Aquafit than our usual Aqua Aerobics, we know Laura will put you through your paces and deliver a great workout.

Give it a go—you might just find a new favorite class! See you at the pool! 💦
