This is what it looks like when young people rise in their identity.

Creating platforms that inspire impact and influence has always been part of our life’s mission.

For years we’ve worked to create spaces where young people can stand tall, discover who they are, and grow into leadership.

But it’s just as important that we create those same platforms for our own children.

Watching them take the stage carrying their culture with pride reminds us why this work matters.

Because when young people are grounded in who they are, they rise with confidence.

Strong identity builds strong leaders.

Through Tautai, we partner with schools to support rangatahi in building identity, confidence, leadership and wellbeing.

For over 10 years, Tautai has been delivered in schools across Aotearoa and Australia, helping young people grow in cultural connection, self-belief and life skills.

Schools can work with us directly, or license the Tautai curriculum and deliver the programme independently within their own school

FOR OUR MELBOURNE PEOPLE

Pasifika Men — this is a call to step forward.

RENIU is a Pasifika Cultural 1–1 Mentoring Program supporting young people in the justice system as they transition back into community.

We are looking for 2-4 more Male mentors with lived experience who:

• Can build strong relationships
• Values cultural identity
• Have lived experience within the justice system (personally, or as a parent/caregiver supporting a young person)
• Are actively involved in community and can help strengthen employment and community connections

This is a paid opportunity.

You will work 1:1 with young people, deliver a Culture & Identity program, attend pro-social activities, and commit to walking alongside them for 16–18 months.

They don’t need perfect men.
They need present men.
They need culturally grounded men.
