Heres a property thats coming up for sale. Is it perfect? No! But with our services it is definitely more saleable. If I showed up to a property with thick moss over alot of surfaces id think the property was never maintained but if I saw a cobbled area with some clean uneven cobbles and some old clean concrete id still think yeah she she needs work but i can deal with it.

We restore timber. We don't just pressure wash it. 🪵

A lot of "deck cleans" out there are just water blasting and a jug of sodium hypochlorite (chlorine) — it strips the grey off fast, but it also blasts and burns away the soft fibres of the timber. On softer woods like cedar, that damage adds up: raised grain, fuzzing, and timber that weathers faster and greys out again even quicker next time.

We do it differently. Our own formulated wood-cleaner is designed to lift dirt, mould and grey weathering gently, without high-pressure water blasting or harsh chlorine — so you get the timber's natural colour back without stripping or damaging the grain underneath. It's the difference between a deck that looks clean for a few weeks and one that's actually been restored.

One of the reasons we have chosen to go with sif sealer products. Having classic cars ourselves and the fact we work on our own cars, oil spills can happen. We thought about going down the epoxy route but after many conversations we were told it can chip pretty easily and its not easy to repair. The fluro seal doesn't change the surface, it protects it making it much easier to clean up spills

We now offer concrete sealing using SiF Sealers NZ product. High end penetrating sealers which leave no residue on the surface.
Either new or old concrete and pavers, we can clean, prep and seal same day depending on the size if the area.
Heres the results of the fluro seal on our own new workshop floor.
