Lets break down our AWESOME Beef Deal
Example
Whole beast 250kg (carcass weight) x $15.95 = $3985
65% meat return from the carcass ( rest is bone and unusable pieces)
250kg x65% = 160kg
plus 20kg sausages
180kg meat (on average)
$3985 / 180 = $22.10 per kg.
We think this is an awesome deal. To be able to average out across the beast, great quality meat at an affordable price. Remember good quality mince is around $25kg and you would be getting your steaks for less than that. Also we can cut up the bones for marrow and dog bones giving you even more.

We have available a great offer to kick off the New Year. Whole and half beef options to fill your freezer at an affordable price.
For $15.95 (carcass weight) you choose whether you would like a whole or a half beast. The weight for a whole will be around 250kg and a half around 125kg.
Included in this offer
Animal - locally sourced and hung for 10 days to help enhance the flavour
Processing - By our award winning Butcher
Packaging - Vacuum packed and with mince in easy convenient to use tubes
Sausages - up to 20kg included for a whole beast and 10kg included for half beast, extra is $7kg, salami and corning extra.
The process
Call Dylan 0210458022 to book in either whole or half.
A $500 deposit will be paid to secure your booking and a cut list will be sent to you
From the deposit being paid you can allow about 3 weeks for meat to be ready.

A great result last week at the Dunninghams great NZ sausage awards.
